Big moment of vulnerability here for me: I need your help and expertise. We need more experiments in equitable, affordable, ecological community. If we're going to find solutions that build more resilient cities, we need to try new things. What we have is not working, but the system loves to put up barriers to change and make it hard for us to dive in to sustainable living. I long to help facilitate one of those experimental communities, but the barriers seem insurmountable at the moment. Am I just a hopeless idealist, or can I find a way to create an ecovillage experimental community right in my own neighborhood?
