Using high end vacuum based technology, the TPP 60 will act as the drum beat of your production line by accurately and reliably picking and placing multiple forms of tray packaging onto your infeed processing conveyor at speeds up to 60* per minute. The TPP 60 supports a twin infeed magazine arrangement allowing two trays per denest cycle to be picked and placed simultaneously. Denesting speeds per minute can be operator controlled using a digital delay control setting located on the machine to support flexible production targets per minute, per packaging type.
