Channel Islands G Skate Review

When Channel Islands first released the G Skate, three of our Backdoor team, without realising, ordered one at the same time and with the same spray. When the boards arrived, the opportunity was screaming at us to have the boys surf the boards in some local waves and do a little review. Like most Kiwis, we're always eager to see how international shapes translate to NZ waves and to various ability levels. In the line up we have a range of surfing abilities, from sponsored team rider to two average blokes, who surf a range of different waves across both coasts of the North Island. Enjoy the review, we hope it answers a few questions you have about the board!
