Take a blender and coarse blend it. Heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal and saute for a minute. Now add garlic and cook till the raw smell is gone. Add asafoetida, red chillies, curry leaves and saute for a minute. Add prepared chutney and mix well.
