That is very good as others don't provide exactly 60Hz and which result in frame drops. === these were my concerns and I am highly satisfied. ------ the fan sound is a little bit louder, but if you are using a home theater/ sound system then it will not be a disturbance. The Screen I used was an Anti Light Reflecting screen. It helps to mask the room light or ambient lights. That means with a proper angle (most probably in front of the screen) you can view movies with Room lights ON. It will not affect the viewing experience!!
