RV AC too loud? Worth it to Insulate?

To my surprise insulating the AC of our travel trailer it did not dramatically change the decibels, but it did make the sounds and tone of the AC quieter. The decibels went down from 75 to 70. I did measure the decibels by using and app, but any difference is worth it. It cost me around $20 and 30 minutes of my time to do. So was it worth it?
