Rainy season is here and so today I'm showing you an interesting, very simple, yummy evening snacks recipe that is...Dal Pakoda/Mix Dal Pakoda/RamLadoo. It is made with very simple ingredients like Channa Dal, Urad Dal, Moong Dal, Onions, Green Chillies and other simple and easily available spices. It is a uniques recipe and would be relished by everyone across India from North to South and East to West. It can be prepared at home at any point of day with simple prep. One doesn't need an occasion or hunger to enjoy this delicacy, rainy season is sufficient. It can be enjoyed at point in a day, night and at any place. All age groups of people, from young college going people to old age people, all will enjoy these unique pakodas. It is so easy to prepare and can be done in 10-15 mins. Subscribe to my channel -    / @arunasclassics   Follow me on Facebook -   / arunas-classics   Follow me on Instagram -   / arunapaturu   Ingredients: 1/2 Cup Channa Dal 1/2 Cup Urad Dal 1/4 Cup Moong Dal 1 Tsp Rice 1 Inch Ginger 2 Big Green Chillies 1 Medium Size Onion Curry Leaves Salt to Taste Oil for deep fry Recipe: Take all the 3 dals, Rice and soak them in sufficient water for 3 hrs Take a blender and add 2 Green Chillies, Ginger Now drain off the excess water from soaked dals and transfer them into a blender Add Salt to taste Without adding water, blend all the ingredients into a thick batter and rough consistency as shown Transfer the batter into a bowl Then add Chopped onions and mix thoroughly Note - Grinding chillies and ginger along with batter adds good taste to pakodas and ensures one consumes them fully Next add chopped curry leaves as well and mix well Heat a pan and add oil sufficient to deep fry the pakodas Now shape the batter into small round shaped balls and drop them slowly into the heated oil and fry on a medium flame Fry until the pakodas turn into golden brown color form both the sides Transfer the fried pakodas into a serving plate on a paper towel to remove excess oil Note - We are taking 1 Tsp Rice for this recipe, to add crispyness to the pakodas That's it Yummy and Crunchilious Evevning Snack Dal Pakoda is ready!!
