秋茂園為台灣的旅遊景點，由旅日僑胞黃秋茂博士獨資，興建於一九七五年的通霄秋茂園位於省道台一線旁，佔地約四公頃，後方海堤是賞海景腳踏車道，園區內有許多十二生肖、西遊記、鄭成功等人物塑像，及象徵黃秋茂童年的牛和牧童塑像、母子像、涼亭、座椅等，色彩豔麗、俚俗味十足，充滿中西文化衝突、矛盾美感，也有小朋友愛玩的旋轉溜滑梯。 Qiu Mao Park is a tourist attraction in Taiwan. It was solely funded by Dr. Huang Qiu Mao, an overseas Chinese living in Japan. The Tongxiao Qiu Mao Park, built in 1975, is located next to the first line of the Provincial Highway. It covers an area of about four hectares. The seawall at the back is a bicycle with ocean views. Road, there are many statues of the Chinese zodiac, Journey to the West, Zheng Chenggong and other figures in the park, as well as the statues of cows and shepherd boys, mothers and children, pavilions, seats, etc., which symbolize Huang Qiumao’s childhood.
