药师佛心咒 MEDICINE BUDDHA MANTRA (治愈疾病、痛苦和抑郁. Heal sickness, suffering, depression)

The Medicine Buddha, known as Bhaiṣajyaguru in Sanskrit, is revered in Buddhism as the embodiment of healing. The mantra dedicated to the Medicine Buddha is believed to possess powerful healing energy, not just for physical ailments but also for emotional and spiritual afflictions. Chanting this mantra is a profound practice for those seeking wellness, compassion, and enlightenment. Different schools of Buddhism may have slight variations in the mantra or the way it is chanted. Here are some common variations: Longer Form: Namo Bhagavate Bhaiṣajyaguru Vaiḍūrya Prabharājāya Tathāgatāya Arahate Samyak Sambuddhāya Tadyathā Oṃ Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajya Samudgate Svāhā. Shorter Form: Oṃ Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajye Mahābhaiṣajya Samudgate Svāhā. This is a more concise version often used for its simplicity and ease of repetition. Tibetan Version: Om Bekandze Bekandze Maha Bekandze Radza Samudgate Soha. This is the Tibetan phonetic rendering of the mantra, used widely in Tibetan Buddhist practice. How to Chant the Medicine Buddha Mantra: Preparation: Find a quiet place where you can sit comfortably, either cross-legged on the floor or in a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and focus your mind. Setting an Intention: Set a clear intention for your practice. This could be a request for healing for yourself or someone else, or simply an offering of love and compassion to all beings. Chanting: Begin chanting the mantra slowly, either out loud or silently in your mind. You can chant the mantra in its entirety or focus on the central part: Oṃ Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajye Bhaiṣajya Samudgate Svāhā. As you chant, visualize the Medicine Buddha radiating a vibrant lapis lazuli light, which fills your entire being or surrounds the person you are dedicating the chant to. Repetition: Traditionally, the mantra is chanted 108 times, which is a sacred number in Buddhism. However, you can chant as many times as you feel comfortable. Use a mala (prayer beads) to keep count if you wish to chant multiple times. Concluding the Practice: After finishing your chant, sit in silence for a few moments, absorbing the energy and light of the Medicine Buddha. Dedicate the merit of your practice to the healing and well-being of all beings. Please subscribe to my channel and share the love with your friends and family. #buddhism #meditationmusic #healing
