-Because of Tim McCarver's passing, I'm uploading this better quality version of his first regular season Mets broadcast from Opening Day 1983, which was also Tom Seaver's return to the team (for just that one season as it turned out). Lower quality versions have been on YT before but this is more complete and I've also restored the near complete Kiner's Korner postgame show using this and one other source. It would be the first game in a 16 year stint in the Mets television booth for McCarver, during which time he was hired by ABC and saw his national profile boosted and which in turn led to his stints on CBS and FOX.
