So grab a mat, find a comfortable spot, and let's get started. Shoulder Shrugs Next, let's do some shoulder shrugs. Lift your shoulders up towards your ears, hold for a few seconds, and then release. Repeat this for 10-15 times. This stretch can help alleviate tension in your shoulders and upper back, which can contribute to neck pain. Neck Tilts Now, let's move on to neck tilts. Slowly tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for a few seconds and then switch to the other side. Repeat this for 5-10 times on each side. This stretch will help release tension in the sides of your neck. Upper Trapezius Stretch Next, we have the upper trapezius stretch. Bring one arm behind your back and tilt your head towards the opposite shoulder. You should feel a stretch in the side of your neck. Hold for 15-20 seconds, then switch sides.
