Mac Keeps Restarting? Try these troubleshooting tips!

Fix Mac Restarting Glitch Download CleanMyMac X for free here: https://bit.ly/3C76QvY Restarting usually indicates that your Mac is having a problem that it can’t resolve, and the only way to get past it is to restart. But why does Mac keep restarting? The problem could be a number of things, but it’s often it’s a kernel panic (a problem with that code.) In other words, it’s a problem at the very core of the system. What causes a kernel panic? As with any other problem on your Mac, there are two possible culprits: hardware and software. So, what can we do to fix it? Here are some things to try: 1. Unplug peripherals. Check for software problems: malware (download CleanMyMac X for free and use the Malware module to scan your Mac.) 2. Update macOS and apps. Apple menu - System Settings - General - Software Update. To update your App Store apps, launch the App Store and click on the Updates section, then Update All. For apps not from the App Store, launch them, then click the app name in the menu bar and click Check for Updates. 3. Run macOS maintenance scripts. Launch CleanMyMac X and choose Maintenance in the sidebar. Check the box next to Maintenance Scripts. Click Run. 4. Reset the NVRAM. This fix applies only if you have an Intel Mac. It won’t work on an Apple Silicon Mac. Basically, you need to reset the NVRAM or PRAM. NVRAM, or PRAM holds data that your Mac needs to start up. It’s powered by its own battery so that even when your Mac is shut down and unplugged, it retains the data. To reset, do this: 5. Shutdown your Mac. Hold down the Command, Option (also called Alt), P, and R keys and press the power button. When you hear the startup chime twice, release the keys and let your Mac startup normally.
