Ingredients: 1 bag Mote Peru Foods (Peruvian Corn) 2 Tablespoons Valentina hot sauce (you can sub for your favorite hot sauce) 1 Teaspoons salt 4 Tablespoons Montreal Seasoning (you can use any seasoning mix you like) 1 Teaspoons cooking spray 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoons regular oil 3 Cups room temperature water 2 Tablespoons Sazón Goya Culantro/ Achiote (you can use any Sazón brand you like) 1 Teaspoons black pepper Instructions: Take the bag of Mote the night before and add the 3 cups of water to cover Mote leave over night Next day: Pre-heat oven to 350 Drain Mote and add the following: Montreal seasoning, regular oil, salt, pepper, Goya seasoning, mix until fully combined. Take cooking spray and spray cooking sheet add the Mote and cook on 350 for 20-30 minutes checking on them so they won’t burn shake them every 15 minutes when golden brown remove Add the Parmesan cheese and Valentina sauce mix well until fully coated Let stand until it cools down for the best crunch. Note: Optional you can fry them in oil until golden brown with no seasoning and add the seasonings after Serve as a snack instead of peanuts Enjoy
