“Get off of the fence and just do it,” she says. “Everybody comes into it with different weaknesses and strengths, and if you can’t do a pull-up, then you come in and do what you can do and grow into it.” Masters athlete Marcia Walker didn’t think she would qualify for the 2021 NOBULL CrossFit Games. “I have really had so much to work on and felt so insecure about what I could do,” Walker says. “I have just worked hard at doing what I can.” After a 10-year hiatus from the competition floor, the 66-year-old not only qualified for her second Games appearance but also placed 7th overall in the Women’s 65+ division with five top-10 event finishes.
