Hello YouTube- We finally have the E21 running after sitting in the garage for the past 20 years. Had to go through the entire fuel system since it was sitting for so long but it is running again!!! Now we have to clean it up so we can start enjoying this car and not letting it sit in the garage anymore. In this video, we decided to restore the original paint and try out the new Ceramic Coating products that everyone keeps raving about. After getting the car washed and cleaned up, we moved into the garage to get our elbows out. It needed a 3 stage paint correction in order to bring out the 40 year old paint. Using the Griot’s Garage products, we were very happy with the results. After the paint correction, we applied the Avalon King Armor Shield IX Ceramic Coating. It was very easy to apply and wipe off. Looking forward to years on protecting since this car is stored indoors at all times.
