Understanding Repeated Roots (Polynomials)

This video follows from "Graphing ~ Polynomials ~ 03 ~ Non-Monic Leading Coefficients." It is the third (and last) of three videos discussing variations on the basic them of using a polynomial's roots to graph its general shape. Even powered factors cause polynomials to behave "like parabolas" near their roots; and odd powered factors cause polynomials to behave "like a Cubic curve" near their roots. Now that the key ideas have been shared in these four videos, the next video will demonstrate how this graphing skill (using roots) can be used to rapidly sketch the graphs of polynomial equations that have been provided in senior school examinations in New South Wales, Australia.
