Then the pot blanks are then placed into a high-temperature furnace, where they are exposed to flames and hot air, gradually transforming them into durable and resilient structures. The aluminum is melted and the molds are cooled down. The molten aluminum is injected into the molds, following their contours, and pressure is applied, resulting in the creation of unique and individual aluminum pots. The pots are removed from the molds, giving birth to rough pot forms. The waste materials from this process will be recycled through melting. The edges of the aluminum pots undergo meticulous trimming and finishing, ensuring smooth and refined contours. The interior surfaces of the pots are coated with a water-based coating, such as Teflon or mica, to enhance their non-stick properties. The coating is baked at temperatures ranging from 380 to 400 degrees Celsius for water-based coatings like Teflon and mica, or 280 degrees Celsius for organic silicon or ceramic coatings. A sprinkle of mica is applied to the interior surfaces, adding a magical anti-stick capability to the aluminum pots. The coated pots undergo high-temperature baking, which strengthens and solidifies the coating. Next, the pots are sent to a polishing assembly line, where their outer surfaces undergo meticulous polishing, revealing a glossy finish. Afterward, a high-temperature coating is sprayed onto the outer surfaces, offering a wide range of colors and adding a touch of fashion and personality to the aluminum pots. Subsequently, the pots undergo bottom and edge finishing to ensure a flat and sturdy base. The handles are installed, providing users with a comfortable grip experience. Finally, the aluminum pots are carefully packaged, resembling exquisite gifts, ready to find their new homes. #cookware #howitsmade #nonstickcookware #massproduction #chinesefactory #factoryworks #cookwareset #diecast #diecastcollector #diecastcollection #factorytour
