I have visited three different distilleries: Habitation Clément, Saint James and J.M. Definitely recommendable as all of them feature amazing museums and between February and July you can even visit their factories to see how they produce the rhum agricole. The West Indies are famous for their agricultural rum made out of sugar cane juice rather than molasses and they have an amazing flavour!
