The full route UCI Gravel World Championships 2024 in Flanders

Last Saturday I rode the full course of the World Gravel Championship de which starts in Halle and ends in Leuven. The last two nights there was a lot of rain so this gives a good picture of the muddy places. The wind was against us but usually the wind is with us from Halle to Leuven. Generally there are a lot of cobblestone and asphalt roads. Beyond that there are good fast gravel roads. That's why I recommend narrow fast tires, given that it doesn't rain too heavily the week before the race. I recorded all of the route, and posted some comments here and there. Edit September 17th, 2024: The race route is available now. I compared my track with the official one. In Oud-Heverlee, there is a little detour through the village center instead of the big road. In Leuven trough the park and skipping the Grote Markt, so you come later on the Bondgenotenlaan. There is no passage through Abdij Park, but around. And as I mentioned in the video, you will pass through the manege, come out at the chapel and go straight on at the Zoete Waters.
