A seaside beach holiday which also offers a fantastic beach and comes with some great bars and restaurants. 😍😍😍😍 We visited for the day the stunning town of Akyaka. It is Türkiye's hidden Gem! We visited 4 areas! 1. The beach😍 2. The Town 😍 3. The river walkway 😍 4. The river boat tour 😍 All magnificent to see. An easy stroll covers it all in a day but if you get the chance to savour this beautiful place for longer then be sure to book into one of the many surrounding hotels. There are hotels on every street. For us the highlight was the River boat trip but that said the whole area is just wonderful and exciting. Shopping in Türkiye is always fun and here is no exception. The streets and parks are lined with souvenir shops to keep you shoppers happy. Only a half hour away is the main resort of Marmaris. If you are staying there you must definitely make a visit to Akyaka. We would say, if you are in any of the resorts, Oludeniz, Hisaronu, Fethiye, Dalaman, Göcek also then this place is maximum 1 and a half hours away, so get yourself there.
