Join our 3 week challenge where you take 3 Risks a Day: Sign up Here: https://goo.gl/forms/r0mClsYxF4xCgBzb2 Why this challenge? As human beings, we typically like to stay within our comfort zone. This keeps us safe, but it can also sometimes keep us stuck. You see, the times we grow most as a person often happens when we take actions that are outside of our comfort zone. Such actions are what we refer to as Risks. We’ve all heard advice such as “do one thing that scares you everyday”, but how many of us actually do it? That is where this challenge comes in. It’s a structured way of building up the habit of taking actions outside of your comfort zone. Taking risks is a habit, and this 3 week challenge is designed to help you build that habit. This will enable you to take actions that move you forward the most in the areas that matter most to you, whether it be related to work, school, health, or relationships. You will also be supported by others taking on this challenge, and together, you will inspire each other to take on bigger and bolder risks! What is this challenge? 1) Take 3 Risks each day. Risks are actions that stretch you outside your comfort zone and are aligned with your goals. 2) Join a group of 6 other participants. Each day, you will text each other what 3 risks you are taking on that day. This group will be a great structure for you to support and inspire each other to take on your risks. 3) You will also be connected to a larger cohort of groups who are also taking on the challenge. Each cohort will start and end the 3 week challenge together. Head over to Part 1 - Creating Your 100 Risk List to brainstorm what all the things you would love to be doing, aren’t and think is a bit risky/daunting/whatever the roadblock is.
