But little by little, day by day, month by month, and sometimes, years by years, we learn to cope with that grief. We are all different. There is no time scale for grieving. Some may never come to terms with their loss. But there is always somebody to talk to. You are never alone at a time like that. Help is out there, be it family, friends, neighbours, your doctor. There are many professional bodies too that you can talk to. Never be embarrassed or afraid to seek help, should you need it. God bless you if you are going through grief at this moment in time.
