Shows the freighters Finland, Franklin, and Tivies docked. Clothing is unloaded from the Westland. Conveyors and cranes are used to unload ammunition and cases of foodstuffs. Hay is unloaded from the Satsuma and the Monticello. Negro stevedore troops and German prisoners stack 155-mm shells on the dock and load them on railroad cars.
