Join me as I ride the famous Wrynose and Hardknott Pass, a single track road right through the middle of The Lake District. Hardknott Pass stands at 400 metres above sea level and is considered to be one of the UK's most challenging roads, do you agree? This video features a vehicle which had previously crashed on Wrynose Pass and was awaiting recovery. Prior to including this footage in this video I made enquiries with Cumbria Police who confirmed that there were no serious injuries or fatalities with this vehicle crash and that therefore it was not inappropriate to include footage of the vehicle but if possible the VRM should be redacted which is exactly what I have done to protect the privacy of the owner of the vehicle.
