At 12:00:14 the City of Bethany conducted a weekly test of their Outdoor Warning Sirens, and consisted of a 3 minute alert. Well, I was going to get a distant shot of a Whelen in the City, but I didn't because I thought they would cancel because the rain, but they didn't. This siren was by back up plan. I had a strange feeling this one wasn't going to rotate because I knew they had issues with rotators. It was pretty punchy for me being over 1,500 feet away from that. I heard the P-15 and another 2001 not too far from me.
