It was time to leave Cambrils in Spain and begin our journey back to Calais and then home in the UK. We stopped overnight at the Aire, Avenue du Pont du Gard, 30210 Remoulins near Avignon on the first night, which is the same place we stopped on the way to Spain. We looked around the town and enjoyed a very nice lunch at a restaurant in the town centre. The next section of our journey was to the Aire in Saint Quentin that we previously visited in June 2023, when we were able to enjoy a summer walk around the city and Basilica.
