#Jhatpatkitchenrecipes #WhiteMuttonBiryani #SufiyaniBiryaniRecipe #BiryaniinPressureCooker #muttonBiryani #biryani White Mutton Biryani Recipe | Mutton Biryani in Pressure Cooker in just 15minutes | White Mutton Biryani by Jhatpatkitchenrecipes | Ingredients : For Rice: basmati Rice : 1kg For Mutton: Spices: Mutton : 1kg Bay leaves :2 Cinnamon stick : 2 Nutmeg : 1 Black cardamom:2 Caraway Seeds : 1tsp Black pepper corns :1tsp Cloves:8-10 Mace : 2 Oil: 3tbsp Onions : 3 Ginger Garlic paste : 1-1tbsp Green Chillies : 7-8 salt to taste water 500ml For Biryani: Oil: 5tbsp Onions : 3 Ginger Garlic paste : 1-1tbsp salt to taste Black pepper corns : 1tbsp Cinnamon stick:2 Caraway seeds:1tsp Cloves : 8-10 Green Elaichi : 6-7 Mace : 1 Bay leaves : 2 Green Chilles : 6-7 fennel seeds powder: 1 tbsp Curd : 4tbsp water : 1ltr kewra essence : 2tbsp coriander leaves How to make : 1.Soak the Basmati rice in water For10-15mins. 2.Transfer the mutton pieces To a pressure Cooker. 3.Transfer all the ingredients mentioned Above in mutton above into the Pressure Cooker. 4.Mix it Well 5.Close the lid & on high flame cook it for 2mins Then lower the flame & cook it for 10mins. 6. After 10mins Muttons are Cooked upto 70% We will cook the Left out 30% later. 7.Now we seperate the mutton pieces And seperate the Yakhni Too. 8. Now let's cook the rice. 9.Heat 5tbsp oil in a pressure Cooker. 10. Add All the Spices Mentioned above in biryani.Let it crackle for 30sec. 11. After 30sec Add Onions. 12.once golden fried add ginger-garlic paste and saute it for 2 mins. 13. After 2mins Add the 70% Cooked Mutton Pieces. 14. Now Curd : 4tbsp and nicely saute and cook the Mutton. 15. Now add the Soaked Basmati Rice. 16.On high flame saute the rice for 2mins 17.Now Add the Yakhni and water 2cups. 18.Now add salt and Close the lid of Pressure Cooker And On high flame cook it for 2mins Then Lower the Flame & Cook it for 6-7mins. 19. after 6-7mins Now slowly open the lid. 20. Now Add Kewra essence & coriander leaves and leave the biryani until it gets cool. 21.Super Delicious White Mutton Biryani is ready to be served. Do like the video.
