As with all of my guides, this video is geared more towards Multiplayer but you can absolutely apply these lessons to autoresolve only/mostly in Singleplayer. Frankly, if you are thinking about moving into MP, Autoresolve-only is a fantastic way to get a good baseline for how your economy and military works.
