Fresh Concrete Recycling Facility "Millennium Park" - Kilsaran Group | MAURO Service

This is Millennium Park, one of the biggest fresh concrete recycling facilities in Europe. At the end of 2019, we began the preparations to carry out this incredible installation in one of the Kilsaran International branches, located in Ireland. The first step was taken by our engineers, who designed a completely new structure, never seen before, that has the ability to recycle fresh concrete returns from a fleet of 40 mixer trucks. The installation we started at #MillenniumPark, washes 6 mixer trucks at the same time, recycles the residual concrete from each, recovers 100% of the aggregates and filters all the wastewater. Since our mission is to help concrete producers to be even more #sustainable, the inert material and filtered water that is obtained from the recycling cycle, is used again in the production of new concrete (keeping its properties intact). The entire process, from start to finish, is fully automated; this allows the operator to have complete control and management using a computer or mobile device, connected to any Wi-Fi network. In addition, thanks to the different sensors and control panels that were installed, the operator obtains real-time records of each recycling cycle and if any problem occurs, the system sends an alert and stops the process safely. Thanks to the reliability and the low maintenance cost of our equipment, made in Italy, Millennium Park is the #fourth recycling facility we have installed for the Kilsaran International in Ireland.
