Yes that is correct, I was absolutely terrified to wakeboard following a hip flexor injury which I got throwing (and landing) a left foot roll after corner three two days before the Cable Wakeboard Nationals. I competed, had physio and then went on a two week surf trip (content dropping soon!), came back and I was still in pain. I rested more and worked with my trainer to get some maintenance and movement going pre worlds. This was my first wakeboard five weeks post Nationals... see how it went!
