This audio was taken in the late Summer of 1972 at Club Kabana in Cleveland Ohio. This was at Paul and David's best friend, the one and only Eddie Kendricks' concert where he was promoting his album "People... Hold On." At this show, Eddie took a break from singing to announce he had two special guests who were going to join him on stage. Those two people were none other than Paul Williams and David Ruffin. Paul sang a cover of Isaac Hayes' song "Do Your Thing," along with "Just My Imagination." David sang "My Girl." What's so special about this performance is not only Paul, Eddie and David reuniting on one stage, but this was the three of them testing the waters on how it would be on a whole tour with them. The plan was after Paul recorded and released his solo album that he was working on, the three of them were going to tour together.
