Many of these Islands have their own unique culture, and traditions that many Cook Islanders living abroad are unaware of. It is important to preserve these cultural traditions from the elders before this knowledge is lost. Presenters and representatives were filmed in Porirua, Wellington, New Zealand during May 2022, creating a resource for the Te Reo Tupuna language class to learn from, and to capture traditional knowledge for future generations. #Ereonoku #A’u’au #Mangaia #cookislands
