ORANGE MARMALADE - Using the Ball freshTECH Jam & Jelly Maker

It's no secret I just love the Ball freshTECH Jam & Jelly Maker. I had a request for some Orange Marmalade, so I gave it a try. Once again, the freshTECH did not disappoint. This was my first time using Cara Cara oranges. I was pleased to find ZERO seeds in the five oranges I used. Even though the flesh of the orange has an odd color, I found the taste to be on point. Some people prefer marmalade to be less sweet than jam or preserves. If you are one of those people, you can reduce the amount of sugar. My biggest takeaways from this recipe are to go LIGHT on the pectin and be diligent in removing all of the white membrane from the orange.
