Quảng Nam people can eat this dish every day if they can but unfortunately people only have them mostly in Tết holiday time, because it’s expensive for most of the people there. Nowadays you can find this at some restaurant but we like to make this occasionally to serve to our guests at home . My mom make this for us to eat very often , can’t get bore of this meat ever. It’s quite simple but so delicious. We use to wrap them in rice paper with lot of vegetables and herbs. Welcome to my channel called "Cooking with The Nguyen’s", my name is Annie Nguyen and I live in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. I created this channel for the purpose of showing my deep appreciation with my Vietnamese heritage and tradition. My passion for cooking will be in full display with my videos.
