Hi!!!! Friends today we are going to prepare Eggless rose cake without oven, eggless cake recipe in kadhai, cake recipe in Hindi. Eggless cake recipe without oven. It's very simple and tasty recipe. Let's start with the recipe. Ingredients : **For cake ** Curd /dahi (दही )-1/2 cup Powdered sugar /pisihui Shakar ( शकर)- 1 cup Oil /teil (तेल )-1/4 cup All purpose flour / Maida (मेदा )-1.5 cup Baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर )-1 tps Baking soda ( बेकिंग साेडा )-1/2 tps Milk / Dudh (दूध )-3/4 cup **For icing ** Chilled cream / malai (मलाई )- 1 cup Powdered sugar /pisi hui Shakar ( शकर )-2 tps Food colour Method : In a bowl add curd and powdered sugar whisk it for 1 min, now add flour, baking powder, baking soda and give a good mix for 2 minutes. Next add milk to the batter till it reaches to perfect consistency. Pour the cake batter into the greased cake tin and bake it in kadhai for 40 min on low flame. Let the cake set for room temperature. **Icing ** In a bowl add 1 cup cream (chilled) and blend it for 5min ,now add powdered sugar and blend until the cream thickens lastly add food colouring and give it a quick mix.
