Hitachi Impact Driver & Battery Restoration Video. I found this impact driver from secondhand container from Japan. This tool is designed really good quality, made in China and selling in Japan. The inside mechanic is the same other impact driver, but the battery is different, I spent a lot of time on battery conversion. I upgraded the battery from Nicd 1200mAh to Lithium battery pack 3200mAh. I also cleaned the driver housing, add new grease into gearbox and restored the dead DC motor. After I have done the battery rebuild and refreshed the driver, I started the testing. This impact driver is more silent than the Bosh impact driver I restored last time. I feel comfortable while using this driver, I love it. Battery upgraded items - Battery 18650 Lithium or Li-ion 3.7V 3200mAh - BMS 3S20A enhances the life span of the battery cells - DC female power jack for charging the battery pack - Nickel strip Cleaning substance - Backing Soda - Hot water - Laundry powder - W-40 degreaser I hope you find something useful & enjoy this video!
