Over the years we've rebuilt 200+ TGB, and Aprilia Ditech engines, these engine are unfortunately extremely problematic for crank issues in particular - So much so that the Aprilia Ditech engine has been discontinued (though it has many of its injection related issues) and TGB have adopted significantly changed the design of their crankshaftst (though very few of the later model TGB engines made it to Australia before the brand was no longer imported). It isn't all doom and gloom if you own a TGB or a Ditech!
