Professor Steven Lukes from New York University explains the third dimension of power, a concept he first coined in his 1974 book, Power: A Radical View. Professor Lukes also outlines how the third dimension of power differs from the first dimension of power (Robert Dahl), the second dimension of power (Peter Bachrach and Morton S. Baratz), and the fourth dimension of power (Michel Foucault).
