Notable differences in the N64 version: The andrenaline bar can be turned off. The layout of the platforms near the end of the "Thames Tunnel" level is made much easier. The PSX requires precision jumping. The final boss has a health bar and never recovers from his "finish him" state. It seems the N64 is a port of the Japanese PSX, since some of these changes appear in that version too. The PC version is exactly the same as the western PlayStation version.
