So many billions of possibilities when it comes to making your own build with the design of "play your way" with "any class any race any role" foundation set in stone to separate ESO from every other MMORPG in the world! However, today i am discussing and demonstrati9ng a barebones life long argument of which is the BEST class for Werewolf in ESO based simply on PASSIVES that carry into the transformation. While this can then be altered dramatically outside of this, heavily skewing the outcome (you could build towards strengths and waeknesses to get a totally different beast) we are judging based ONLY on those variables while being aware that many others do apply.
