This video explains the Integration Design pattern 'Splitter-Aggregator' using Mule 4 to demonstrate the design of parallel processing to improve the performance. There is a difference between Scatter-Gather vs Splitter-Aggregator. In Scattering, the same payload undergoes multiple workflow whereas in Splitting, the payload array is split into multiple records and they are all undergo the same workflow in parallel and the results get aggregated.
