Korean food is one of those cuisines that warms your soul. Korean food is full of flavors and textures and all sorts of delicious dishes that make you feel at home. We jokingly say that all Korean food is comfort food because it all tastes as if it was made with love in a home kitchen cooke by mothers and grandmothers. The vegetables and noodles and rices and all the other ingredients that make Korean food so delicious fill you and warm you and make you feel at home. We visited Gwangjang Market twice while in Seoul and each time we discovered more new Korean foods and vendors, each more delicious than the last!
