Feature -1: Enjoy Next Level Pasting with Clipboard History Purposes: To keep multiple copied items in one place (Clipboard History) & use/paste them what you need in any office documents. How to Do: 1. By using CTRL + C, do copy the necessary lines and go where you want to paste. 2. Then press Windows key + V, it will open Clipboard History with that copied lines. 3. Again, copy required lines with CTRL + C and then press Windows Key + V on the document where you want to paste. 4. All the copied lines will be stored in Clipboard History & you can use them when you need them. How to open Clipboard Settings: 1. Type Clipboard settings in Windows search box & click on it. 2. Turn ON the clipboard history 3. You can turn ON Sync across devices so that you can use clipboard history on the other windows devices of course signed in with the same Microsoft account. Varieties: 1. All the Clipboard History will be removed once you restart or Shutdown PC Feature-2: Split your World with Virtual Desktop Purposes: 1. Let’s say, you are working on a project & lots of apps open in Desktop & suddenly need to make a video conference, then no one wants to show other his workings desktop which was full of opened apps. That time, we need Virtual Desktop. 2. No need to close any existing works , apps etc. How to Do: 1. In Taskbar, need to click Task View & Create a new Desktop. OR Press Shortcut Key: Windows Key + Ctrl + D 2. Several Desktop Can be opened & can be switched between them by using Windows Key + Ctrl + Arrow Key. 3. Any Desktop can be removed by Clicking X on top right OR Using short cut key: Windows + Ctrl + F4 Features -3: Hide Desktop Icon with One Click Purposes: While a sudden video conference has come to do or anytime need to hide so nobody can see what you are doing in PC How to do : 1. Right click on the desktop & select Show desktop icon. Usually it is by default marked as Click. We need to de mark it. 2. When purpose is done, again right click on desktop & click on Show Desktop Icon. Feature-4: Get Remote Access with Quick Assist. Purposes: 1. When you are out of your home, PC or computer in home got difficulties by others but they can’t solve the problems, then Quick Assist help you to connect with Home PC’s. 2. When your are out of office but Office colleague needs to you solve or do a job, Quick assist helps you to connect with Office PC’s. How to do: 1. At first in Windows Search Bar, type Quick Assist & open the Quick Assist App. 2. Then Need to press “ Assist Another Person” 3. If you are already signed in your Microsoft account ( if not, you need to sign in Microsoft account), then you will find a share code like below: 4. Now you can share this Code over phone to your assist person who should have also opened Quick assist app & waiting for your Share code. 5. Now enter your Home PC or Office PC and Do the necessary solution. Feature -5: Minimize Quickly with Aero Shake Purpose: To keep focus on a definite window by minimizing all other open windows. How to do: 1. Just grab the window you want to isolate by selecting its title bar at the top of the window. Grab it by clicking and holding the left mouse button. Shake the mouse back and forth quickly, while continuing to hold down the button. All other windows will be minimized. 2. If you need to return all, again do the same , all windows will open again.
