I didn't see another video like this one on youtube, so here goes. This install is well within the diy range in my opinion. This is a 2002 Maxima with about 180k miles. We had already done a brake refresh, and the mechanic mentioned after he put some new tires on that 3 wheel bearings were bad, out of the 4. So instead of having the mechanic do it...figured I'd do a video. I've seen front wheel bearing vids, just not rears. So I did one of the rears, just to see how intimidating this is. Then I did this video of the other side. I'm glad i did this, especially since we had the right tools. Need a Haynes manual for this to set the correct torque, although the manual doesn't have the torque setting for the main nut here... :( had to guess, based on previous years.
