Multidisciplinary faculty will discuss the clinical presentation of limited spinal neoplastic disease, including workup, pitfalls, surveillance, and current treatment options spanning non-operative to radical operative interventions. Special emphasis will be placed on modern minimally invasive treatment options and how/when to employ them. In addition, combinatorial treatment strategies and effective multidisciplinary cooperation will be emphasized. Faculty will explain how to identify and avoid common traps, use a histology-based treatment algorithm, and become familiar with current operative, radiotherapy, and percutaneous ablation techniques. Learning Objectives: At the conclusion of this webinar, participants should be able to: 1. Know the rationale and technique for workup and diagnosis of limited spinal neoplastic disease 2. Recognize the nonoperative treatment options for oligometastases 3. Identify the less invasive treatment options for oligometastases 4. Establish the surgically based treatment options for oligometastases Moderator: Matthew Colman, MD Associate Professor Spine Surgery and Musculoskeletal Oncology Rush University Medical Center Chicago, Illinois Faculty: Gaurav Marwaha, MD Radiation Oncology Department Rush University Medical Center Chicago, Illinois Augustus Rush, MD Spine Fellow Rush University Chicago, Illinois Nicholas Shepard, MD Spine Surgery Fellow Rush University Medical Center Chicago, Illinois T.
