Nathan Blackie suffers from Cerebral Palsy, he’s an aspiring Paralympic athlete and is the most inspiring person you’ve ever met. Nate is a 24-year-old international wheelchair racer that is a Paralympian hopeful for the 2024 Paris games. He has represented Team GB and Scotland on more than three separate occasions. In the long-term goal to win gold in the upcoming 2024 Paralympics, Nate reflects on his adventure of being a disabled athlete, from the dark and bright times. He also explains his frustrations with society views regarding disabled people/athletes. Nathan also explains what keeps him inspired as an athlete through the years and explains the impact of his family. While reflecting and looking forward to his ambitious goals, footage of him training in the gym and track is shown.
