From Km 120.00 to Km 130.300 Enhancing the road development programme for North Eastern region with particular reference to the State of Arunachal Pradesh, the two laning from Hunli to Anini section of NH-313 from km 21.5 of Hunli Section to Km 130.300 Anini town was undertaken under Phase-B of Special Accelerated Road Development Programme (SARDP-NE) in Dibang Valley District of Arunachal Pradesh by National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways. This project road is a part of designated defense related strategic border road under National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited. It also helps for the line of communication to local habitants, defence and Indo-Tibetan Border Police Personnel deployed on the Indo-China border and also for construction of many multipurpose Hydro Electric Power Projects. NHIDCL awarded the Contract to M/s TTC Infra India on 16.03.2018 for design length (from Km 120 to Km 130.300) with project cost of Rs 105 Cr on EPC Basis. M/s Lion Engineering Consultants Private Limited was engaged as Authority Engineer for the said Project by NHIDCL. M/s TTC Infra India has completed the project on 26.07.2022 with Flexible Pavement including 1no. of Major Bridge of 85 mtr Span, 1 no. of Minor Bridge and 75 nos of culverts. Successful implementation of this project open the gateway to better trade aspects, convenient transportation for better access to health & education, boost socio-economic development and tourism in the North Eastern region.
