‘You’re Being a B*tch’: Teen Gets Mouthy with Deputy, Calls Dad After Allegedly Speeding in Mustang

Video shows a Pinal County Sheriff's deputy pulling over a teen for allegedly speeding through a construction zone on an Arizona highway. The teen, who was not identified, told Deputy Frank Sloup he was "being a b*tch" and proceeded to call his dad in hopes of being bailed out of the situation. When being cited for reckless driving in a road work zone, the belligerent teen lashes out at the deputy with insults and foul language. However, Deputy Sloup sternly reminds the teen of the potential risks his speeding posed to construction workers before firmly stating the traffic citation would be upheld regardless of who he called.
