I’m a cardio, and body weight type of fitness guru. But..... after trying out the #tonal system, for the first time ever, my entire opinion on weight lifting changed completely! The system made me feel so confident while I was lifting, and truly guided me through all of the movements on screen. It noticed if I was struggling, and adjusted in real time to help me out a bit.
