Aloha HCC Ohana, Today's recipe is a classic in Hawaii. It is the Hawaiian Style "Pork Hash.' It is also known as dumplings or potstickers. Personally, I like it with some aloha shoyu on it and that's it! We hope you all are safe and well! We also wanted to wish our UNCLE DERRICK a HAPPY BIRTHDAY we love you!! So if you are reading this, please leave a comment with a birthday cake to wish him a happy birthday and many many more to come! He is the one that taught us how to make this dish and we have made it like this for years now and it is just as good as the ones at home in Hawaii! Recipe- PORK HASH 1lb ground pork 10-15 shrimp (ground up) 6 cloves of garlic (minced) 1/2 cup water chestnuts (minced) 1/2 medium yellow onion (minced) 1 bunch of green onion (minced) 1 egg 1/4 cup soy sauce 3 Tbsp fish sauce 1/2 cup cornstarch optional- 1/2 cup bean sprouts 2 Tbsp Oyster sauce -Wonton wrappers (store-bought or homemade) -Water for sealing wrappers -oil to oil pans before putting on pork hash to steam. If using bamboo steamers you do not need oil. We hope you enjoy this recipe and if you make this one please hashtag #hawaiiancancook to let us know so we can see your wonderful creations!! Stay safe HCC Ohana! Lots of #Aloha from our Ohana to yours!! ALSO---If there is a recipe that you would like us to make, leave your suggestions in the comments below, email us [email protected] or follow us on Instagram @hawaiian_can_cook and send us a DM. We would love to hear from you! Always remember... Aloha and a good recipe, make a great meal! This is not a sponsored video we just wanted to make some great food!
